Extended Care Programs

We offer after-school care for children in Grades TK–5, as well as morning care for children in PUSD's afternoon TK program. These programs are offered onsite at all PUSD elementary schools.

Registration Dates

Save the date! Online registration for the 2026/2027 school year opens:

  • Camp Kaleidoscope (Grades TK–5) (August 10–September 4, 2026): Wednesday, July 8, at 6:00 pm
  • Minimates (Grade TK): Wednesday, July 8, at 6:00 pm
  • Schoolmates (Grades TK–5) & The Hangout (Grades 4–5): Wednesday, July 29, at 6:00 pm

Avoid overbooking your child. Explore your options based on your child's incoming grade:

  • Minimates AM (Sunrise): 8:30–11:45 am (10:20 am on Wednesdays)
TK PM (in school) Morning care before school and continued care after TK dismissal
