Recreation Department: Catalog & Registration

The Recreation Department publishes a catalog three times per year with a complete list of classes and programs. Catalogs are mailed to all Piedmont homes and by request to our customers in the surrounding areas.   Please call the Recreation Department at (510) 420-3070 or e-mail us at prd@ci.piedmont.ca.us if you have not been receiving the catalog. You may also pick-up a copy at the Recreation Office or City Hall.

Online Registration

The Piedmont Recreation Department is excited to offer online registration for most programs. With online registration you will know immediately if your child is enrolled in the program.

Instructions for Registration

  1. Click here to set up an account with ActiveNet, our registration facilitator. Make sure you use a password that is at least 6 characters and contains at least one letter and one number for extra security. It can take up to 24 hours for account verification so be sure to create an account early.
  2. Once you have the account, in addition to registering, you can go to “my account” in the top right corner and check any classes/programs for which you have registered. You can also get a list for tax purposes of all program fees paid after January 1, 2007.
